Analyst, Corporate Strategy

What you will do

• Support strategic planning through market research, competitive analysis, and evaluation of key business performance indicators.
• Partner with business divisions and corporate functions to align strategic plans and initiatives and advance the OKR program.
• Prepare strategic materials for executive management and the Board of Directors, including workshops, quarterly reports, and board meetings.
• Conduct deep-dive assessments involving financial and market modeling, company analysis, operational analysis, and executive presentations.
• Support enterprise risk monitoring, workshops, and briefings covering geopolitical, financial, physical, and competitive risks.
• Contribute to leadership onboarding, talent development, internal communications, technology incubation, competitive intelligence, and AI tool adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to understand, analyze, and explain complex frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, synthesize complex data into executive-ready insights, and operate in high-ambiguity, high-impact environments.
