What you will do

• Develop mid- to high-complexity departmental reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and analyses covering project strategy, products, workflows, historical performance, and financial results.
• Analyze large volumes of data, identify trends and emerging issues, and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Drive process improvement by creating new processes, maintenance plans, procedural documentation, and automation tools.
• Plan and implement projects, programs, systems, products, and regulatory changes affecting the department.
• Coordinate with business partners, vendors, and technology teams to provide departmental system support and resolve issues.
• Lead departmental audit support, including user recertifications and compliance testing, while maintaining internal control standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of related business line experience.
• Alternatively, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Experience with business reporting, data analysis, project support, process improvement, and communicating findings to management.
• Work location: Amherst, New York, United States of America; the position is identified as onsite.
