Senior Consultant, Control Tester

Salary: $83,100–$141,300 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead and execute control testing, walkthroughs, design assessments, and operating effectiveness testing.
• Perform risk-based control reviews and analyze test results to identify trends, deficiencies, and solutions.
• Document testing activities in prescribed templates and according to the First Line of Defense Control Testing Methodology.
• Draft testing reports and incorporate feedback from Test Leads and Managers.
• Identify and escalate follow-ups and potential deficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remediate risk areas and support operational and corporate risk initiatives.

Requirements

• College or university degree.
• 5+ years of risk and control testing experience.
• Experience in financial services, including regulatory experience.
• Understanding of control frameworks and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
