Business Analysis Manager (AI)

Location: In-office role based in Cleveland, Ohio, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Base salary: $100,100–$204,490 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage one or more teams conducting research, discovery, requirements analysis, workflow analytics, and reporting.
• Lead business analysts in collecting and articulating business and IT requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish expectations, priorities, and strategic alignment.
• Consult on business cases covering scope, objectives, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Develop metrics and processes to ensure requirements are fully met.
• Support automated solutions and AI technologies in operations workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Experience with business processes, data analytics, business case justification, requirements analysis, and project management.
• Ability to manage risk, prioritize work, design processes, and solve complex business problems.
• Must work in the Cleveland or Pittsburgh office environment; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
