Business Analytics Consultant Senior - Marketing & Customer Analytics

Location: In-office position based in Pittsburgh, PA; Wilmington, DE; East Brunswick, NJ; or Tysons Corner, VA, United States

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Apply complex analytical tools and business expertise across multiple functions and business units.
• Consult with internal clients on analytics tools, strategy implementation, monitoring, and analytical solution development.
• Determine optimal analytical approaches and support their development, implementation, and enhancement.
• Develop and continuously optimize analytical solutions for business leadership.
• Analyze results and communicate recommendations from complex analytical solutions to business partners and senior management.
• Support statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with analytical thinking, business analytics, consulting, decision-making, and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, data integration, market research, performance metrics, qualitative research, and strategic planning.
• Must work in the office at one of the specified United States locations.
