Analyst, IT - Training

Location: Remote; significant travel is required, including work in office and outside locations.

Salary: $64,900–$97,600 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Update training content and support training plans, reporting, curricula, and outcome objectives.
• Collaborate with trainers and instructional designers to create training deliverables and course content.
• Document job aids, training reviews, updates, assessments, and program materials.
• Perform needs analyses to identify training and documentation requirements for internal and third-party solutions.
• Analyze training effectiveness using data and incorporate client feedback into future program design and facilitation.
• Support the transition from legacy ERP systems to a unified enterprise platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of ERP systems and their interaction with business processes.
• Strong written, analytical, presentation, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate information, interpret numerical data, manage competing priorities, and drive change.
• Ability to travel significantly and lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
