Specialist I, Sales Enablement

Location: Lagunilla de Heredia, Costa Rica; remote position with occasional in-person attendance at work-related events

What you will do

• Create e-learning modules, instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training, sales playbooks, and related learning resources.
• Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to develop storyboards, training materials, and learning experiences.
• Coordinate Revenue Enablement projects and sales-related events using project management practices.
• Partner with regional teams and subject-matter experts to gather requirements and develop international enablement content.
• Deliver and facilitate learning experiences that support behavior change and seller effectiveness.
• Use learning platforms, collaboration tools, and AI-powered tools such as Copilot to distribute training and improve content development.

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant experience in learning content development, enablement, training, project coordination, or a related field.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and Sales Enablement frameworks.
• An undergraduate degree, recognized certification, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting ideas to peers and senior leaders.
• Strong organization, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently across multiple priorities and time zones.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Coupa, and learning or collaboration platforms such as Cornerstone, Seismic, SharePoint, Workvivo, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.

Nice to have

• Graphics and video creation experience with attention to corporate brand guidelines.
• Sales experience gained through direct work, training, or facilitation.
• Portuguese fluency in a business setting.
