Learning & Compensation Analyst

Location: In-office in Miami, Florida, United States, Monday through Thursday; work from home on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. Less than 25% travel, including likely shipboard travel.

What you will do

• Analyze learning effectiveness, training compliance, ROI, trends, and operational performance using data from multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, presentations, and metrics for Learning & Development stakeholders.
• Support training governance, audit research, process improvements, system automation, and data-integrity controls.
• Partner with HR, CATO, IT, shipboard, and shoreside teams to define analytical requirements and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Support annual shipboard compensation activities, including merit increases, bonus calculations, eligibility validation, payouts, and employee communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer/Data Science, HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a master's degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience with business intelligence tools or related analytical work, or equivalent coursework.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft 365, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience analyzing, cleaning, validating, and integrating data from HR information systems, learning management systems, survey tools, and support systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, resolve reporting and data-integrity issues, and communicate complex data concepts clearly.
• Must work from the designated South Florida office Monday through Thursday and be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Qualifications or experience in HR or Learning & Development.
• Experience with AI-enabled technologies, advanced PowerPoint, business intelligence, analytics, or data science.
