Recruiting Sourcer (AI/Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Research and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, communities, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate outreach, follow-up, and relationship management while communicating company opportunities.
• Build and maintain accurate talent pipelines and candidate records in Greenhouse.
• Manage coordination and administrative responsibilities for external recruiting partners.
• Support interview scheduling, candidate communications, reporting, requisition updates, and sourcing process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple searches and follow-ups.
• Ability to learn and use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, spreadsheets, Slack, and scheduling platforms.
• Resourceful approach to researching talent markets and finding hard-to-reach candidates.
• Collaborative, service-oriented approach with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting partners.
• Availability to commit to a six-month contract, with possible extension based on business needs and performance.

Nice to have

• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent research, customer service, sales, or another high-volume relationship-focused role.
