Technical Sourcer

Location: Hybrid in Foster City, California; three days per week in the office

Compensation: $53–$70 per hour through a vendor contracted with Zoox. A separate annual range of $104,000–$142,000 is also listed.

What you will do

• Qualify and understand technical job requirements.
• Source and screen resumes and evaluate candidate fit.
• Build engineering talent pipelines with recruiting partners.
• Develop sourcing strategies for a diverse range of systems engineering roles.
• Support manager- and leadership-level hiring for technical requisitions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience.
• Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Technology and industry knowledge, including relevant skills and companies.
• Strong consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to work from the Foster City office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting or sourcing for systems or software positions.
• Experience in a recruiting agency or in-house sourcing environment.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership.
