Treasury Management Quality Improvement Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Winter Haven, Port St. Lucie, Orlando, St. Petersburg, Fort Lauderdale, or Trinity, Florida, or Augusta, Georgia, United States. Remote work is available at times from a secure home office; travel to meetings may be required.

What you will do

• Evaluate support calls and tickets for communication quality, technical accuracy, customer service, and policy compliance.
• Review client onboarding, implementation quality, treasury management documentation, and internal procedures.
• Create quality control rubrics, training objectives, questionnaires, and educational materials.
• Maintain monitoring logs and provide treasury management subject matter expertise to internal staff.
• Collaborate with treasury leadership on procedures, team development, and special projects.
• Maintain technical knowledge of treasury products, pricing, systems, data transmissions, file formats, and protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of banking experience and 2 years of related treasury management product support or implementation experience.
• Knowledge of treasury management products, services, procedures, bank operating systems, and commercial banking practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office, and departmental software.
• Ability to work from a secure, quiet home office with a reliable private cable or fiber internet connection when working remotely.
