Space Management and Planning Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate space, occupancy, floor plan, and room data in workplace management systems and related files.
• Create, update, and maintain floor plans, space boundaries, room information, and drawing data in AutoCAD.
• Analyze and report on building and department areas, usable square footage, space types, occupancy, utilization, and vacancies.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visual summaries; review data quality, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
• Work with internal customers and cross-functional partners to understand requests, gather information, communicate findings, and provide timely support.
• Support space planning, relocations, consolidations, reconfigurations, and renovation projects by preparing data, drawings, and basic test-fit information under direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of related experience when applying with a bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of the degree.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, including creating, revising, and maintaining accurate floor plans and drawing data.
• Experience with data, spreadsheets, reports, or workplace-related information.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for working with internal customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and interpret detailed information.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and completeness.
• Experience in workplace management, facilities, corporate real estate, architecture, construction, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a customer-focused environment.
