Business Analytics Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; fully in-office

What you will do

• Produce metrics reporting and perform in-depth data analysis for hirify.global Wealth Management.
• Build and maintain data models, report templates, dashboards, and dynamic data-driven solutions.
• Develop SQL queries and SAS programming and coding in Python.
• Create Tableau dashboards and support predictive analytics using business intelligence data.
• Recommend performance measures, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
• Present detailed, actionable findings to business leaders, stakeholders, and business clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau or related business intelligence tools, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Experience with database testing for user acceptance, including data analysis, verification, and validation.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Must work fully in-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
