Business Analytics Consultant

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; fully in-office

What you will do

• Produce metrics reports and perform in-depth data analysis for hirify.global Wealth Management.
• Present analytical findings and actionable reports to business leaders, stakeholders, and business clients.
• Build and maintain data models, report templates, dynamic dashboards, and data-driven solutions.
• Develop SQL queries and SAS/Python solutions while using Tableau or related business intelligence tools.
• Perform database testing, data analysis, verification, and validation for user acceptance.
• Consult on predictive analytics and support the implementation of new tools and data marts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with SQL, SAS programming, Python, Tableau or related business intelligence tools.
• Intermediate SharePoint and Excel skills; experience building and managing SharePoint lists and sites.
• Experience with database testing, data validation, performance metrics, and analytical decision-making.
