HR Data Governance Project Support

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; occasional travel for workshops, relationship building, and meetings with business units and countries.

Salary: Base salary from €1,800 gross, depending on seniority and previous experience; the final salary is negotiable and includes a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Support the lead of a complex, group-wide HR Data Governance project.
• Translate data quality frameworks into requirements, rules, responsibilities, processes, and metrics.
• Coordinate data quality rule implementation with business units, system owners, Data Owners, Data Stewards, HR, and IT.
• Identify, prioritize, document, and track data quality issues and corrective actions.
• Manage assigned project workstreams, including planning, coordination, risk assessment, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare concepts, decision papers, standards, and implementation steps based on pilot learnings.

Requirements

• Experience defining or improving data standards, quality rules, responsibilities, or governance processes.
• Ability to turn high-level requirements into operational roles, processes, controls, metrics, and actions.
• Experience working across multiple functions, entities, decentralized units, processes, and systems.
• Ability to structure and coordinate projects or sub-projects, track progress, document decisions, and manage risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Fluent English and availability to work remotely from Slovakia.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR master data, HR processes, SuccessFactors, or SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of data modelling, metadata management, data catalogues, data lineage, data contracts, or data quality dashboards.
• Experience with data privacy, information security, internal controls, business analysis, or logical data architecture in an HR context.
• German language skills.
