Senior Project Manager (Digital & E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Cologne, or Hamburg, Germany; 1–2 office days depending on location

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement complex online and e-commerce projects while tracking milestones.
• Manage projects from proposal preparation through delivery, controlling key figures, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate requirements between clients, internal stakeholders, and specialist delivery teams.
• Advise and support clients with a confident, proactive approach.
• Apply stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting practices.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across Strategy, UX, UI, Development, and QA.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing agency role or corporate consulting environment.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Practical experience delivering technical digital and/or e-commerce projects.
• Experience with multi-project management and classic and agile project management methods and tools such as Asana or Jira.
• Ability to prepare cost overviews, offers, project plans, milestones, dependencies, re-briefings, and client deadlines.
• Structured, independent, responsible working style with experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
