User Enablement Specialist (Salesforce)

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel to the client's Washington, D.C. office. Must support U.S. Eastern time zone working hours. The role is listed in Reston, Virginia.

Salary: $67,355–$114,503 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver foundational, persona-specific, role-based, virtual, self-paced, and release-based training for GrantLens users.
• Analyze product changes, requirements, user stories, testing outcomes, and releases to identify affected personas, workflows, and enablement needs.
• Create and maintain job aids, quick-reference guides, knowledge content, instructional videos, FAQs, presentations, demonstrations, and in-app guidance.
• Participate in UAT, release readiness activities, demonstrations, and post-release hypercare.
• Use user feedback, support trends, testing findings, and adoption data to identify knowledge gaps and improve enablement resources.
• Partner with Product, Business Analysis, QA, development, process, support, and federal stakeholder teams while maintaining content governance and version control.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder and perform the work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five years.
• At least 3 years of experience in user enablement, enterprise system training, digital learning, or enterprise technology implementations.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing user impact and training needs for software changes and designing role-, persona-, or workflow-based enterprise application training.
• At least 2 years of experience with Jira, Confluence, multimedia content-development tools, and instructional resources such as guides, videos, FAQs, and knowledge articles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, federal grants programs, grants management, or federal technology environments.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, defects, UAT, releases, deployments, and production environments.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms, in-app guidance, knowledge-management platforms, LMS tools, ServiceNow, or comparable systems.
• Experience creating accessible digital learning and documentation in accordance with Section 508.
• Relevant training or certifications in instructional design, adult learning, change management, Agile delivery, Salesforce, or accessibility.
