Senior Analyst, IT - Training (ERP)

Location: Remote; significant travel required

Salary: $78,300–$130,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Design and deliver complex technical training materials for ERP solutions and related technologies.
• Create customized training materials, templates, and best-practice resources.
• Plan and facilitate training solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Monitor user outcomes, assess needs, and define learning objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps and organize training resources.
• Analyze program effectiveness, report results to business leaders, and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of ERP systems and their integration with business processes.
• Ability to analyze problems, interpret numerical data, and communicate complex information clearly.
• Availability for significant travel and the ability to work in office and outside locations as required.
