Lead Analyst, IT - Training (ERP)

Location: Remote; significant travel required

Salary: $88,600–$147,600 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Deliver complex technical training across ERP solutions and related technologies.
• Develop analyst best practices, standards, curricula, learning objectives, and evaluation strategies.
• Create agile learning strategies and recommend training materials and priorities.
• Collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate business initiatives and challenges into learning programs.
• Analyze program effectiveness, report findings to organizational leaders, and recommend improvements.
• Provide deep technical expertise and maintain formal program documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of ERP systems and their integration with business processes.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to evaluate problems, interpret numerical data, drive change, and apply agile best practices.
• Ability to travel significantly and work in office and outside-location environments; lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
