What you will do

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans for user-facing frontends, internal systems, and integrations.
• Test complete workflows across UI, APIs, databases, backend services, and infrastructure.
• Analyze requirements and technical specifications to identify edge cases, business logic issues, and bottlenecks.
• Write and maintain functional test cases and document feature logic for testing, onboarding, and future requirements.
• Build and maintain automated UI and API tests, investigate failing tests, and increase test coverage.
• Track quality metrics, manage defects, and provide input on release readiness.

Requirements

• Experience testing full-stack applications across frontend UI and backend APIs.
• Experience writing and maintaining structured functional test cases, ideally in TestRail.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright, cross-browser testing, HTTP, REST APIs, OpenAPI, and Postman.
• Scripting skills in an automation language, ideally JavaScript or Node.js.
• Basic SQL skills and experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Selenium experience.
• Web development experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Visual regression or accessibility testing experience, including WCAG tools.
• Hands-on use of AI for QA workflows and test automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog, Sentry, New Relic, or Kibana.
