Senior Test Automation Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for critical product features.
• Lead automation efforts for assigned projects and improve test coverage.
• Troubleshoot automated test scripts and framework failures.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into the development process.
• Monitor automated test performance, recommend improvements, and contribute to better automation tools and processes.
• Mentor junior automation engineers in testing practices and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in test automation or software development focused on testing.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
• Strong problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and proficiency with relevant tools and technologies.
• Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, influence decisions, and collaborate across functions.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and optimizing automation processes.
