Technical Contract Recruiter

hirify.global is building autonomous AI agents for banks and financial institutions to support contact center and compliance operations, including payment processing and loan origination.

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meetings and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Source and engage technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Recruit for Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, and other technical positions.
• Conduct phone and video screenings covering technical experience, communication, employment history, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define requirements, prioritize requisitions, and provide pipeline updates.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, close offers, and track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and conversion rates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience at an established technology company or startup.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals in contract or project-based positions.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, and online sourcing platforms.
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to build trust with candidates and founders.
