Senior Project Manager (Tech background)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end project delivery in alignment with customer goals and business objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders on project scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies, and changes.
• Track project progress and provide reports to stakeholders and upper management.
• Lead and develop project coordinators and technical leads, providing mentorship and delivery accountability.
• Facilitate project ceremonies, governance checkpoints, and client reviews.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven tools to reporting, forecasting, and team productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex technical or infrastructure projects through all SDLC stages.
• Technical background in software development, quality assurance, or DevOps.
• Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure, client support, and enterprise operations projects.
• Experience managing geographically distributed technical teams and developing collaborative delivery processes.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, scope and schedule management, Agile delivery, communication strategies, and cross-team dependencies.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher required.
