Project/Product Manager (Digital Transformation)

Location: Remote from Ukraine; Europe

Internal IT Solutions Department building and evolving business applications, enterprise platforms, and digital solutions for hirify.global Software.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and monitor end-to-end project delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units and internal teams.
• Align business and technology stakeholders on project goals, scope, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, workflow automation, and AI adoption.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs, delivery metrics, and corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, support resource planning and onboarding, and promote delivery best practices.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in project or product management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, delivery frameworks, risk management, and prioritization.
• Experience leading cross-functional or organizational transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with technical teams, IT-related projects, system integrations, and automation approaches.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms or process management systems.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience with AI-assisted project management tools or international distributed teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification.
