Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote from Europe, including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans; other locations may be considered if working within CET.

What you will do

• Plan projects, define milestones and deliverables, and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Gather and clarify requirements, translate business needs into actionable development tasks, and manage the backlog.
• Coordinate development, QA, design, analytics, and business stakeholders across project delivery.
• Track scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery progress using Jira, Confluence, and other tools.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, validation, post-release activities, and project documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a product or technology-driven company.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional software development teams and gathering requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate blockers.
• Strong communication, organizational, independent-working, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or SaaS projects.
• Understanding of payment systems, financial products, or software development processes.
• Agile, Scrum, or other project management certification.
