Senior Project Manager (Transfer Agency)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of client projects and change initiatives across EMEA Transfer Agency.
• Define project scope, delivery plans, milestones, timelines, RACI matrices, and implementation requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, estimates, and actual expenditure.
• Coordinate training, testing, implementation activities, runbooks, Model Office documentation, and Dress Rehearsals.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations, representing the Change function in client forums.
• Mentor Project Managers and promote consistent project-management standards.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in project management or a similar function within financial services.
• Experience managing complex projects from initiation through successful implementation.
• Strong client, stakeholder, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives, governance forums, Steering Committees, and project budgets.
• Strong technology skills, including effective use of AI tools to support project management.

Nice to have

• Experience in Transfer Agency and/or technology-led change.
