Senior Analyst - Treasury (Financing & Debt Capital Markets)

Location: AMER; New York

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 USD per year base salary, with potential bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Support corporate and project-level financing transactions, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term-sheet comparisons, and documentation coordination.
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases.
• Evaluate financing terms such as pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserves, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks.
• Coordinate transaction assumptions and deliverables with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams.
• Maintain financing pipeline views across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies.
• Support post-close covenant compliance and bank reporting handoffs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, investment banking, corporate finance, or structured finance.
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through.
• Ability to work in the AMER; New York location.
