Senior GTM Analytics Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Atlanta, or Denver, United States. Candidates progressing to the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

Annual salary: $167,000–$230,000 for San Francisco Bay Area hires; $160,000–$220,000 for New York City hires; $146,000–$200,000 for Colorado remote hires. Compensation may vary by work location.

What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year analytics strategy for Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Develop maturity models, phased roadmaps, governed metrics, semantic layers, and context needed for self-serve and AI-assisted analytics.
• Review dashboards, reports, and tools; consolidate duplicates and establish single sources of truth.
• Define official metrics, align them with Finance and Data standards, and resolve conflicts between stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Data Engineering on models spanning Salesforce, professional services, product telemetry, support, and finance systems.
• Establish intake, governance, ownership, certification, prioritization, and change-management processes for data requests.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or GTM/Services operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Experience supporting Pre- or Post-Sales Operations, Solutions or Sales Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Professional Services, or Customer Success.
• Deep expertise in dimensional modeling, entity design, and metric-layer design.
• Expert SQL skills and experience with BigQuery, dbt, or semantic and metrics-layer tools such as LookML or Cube.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, professional services automation, product usage, telemetry, support, and finance data.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and communicate technical and analytical concepts to executives and engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with semantic layers, retrieval and context design for LLMs, text-to-SQL, or agent-based access to governed data.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or an MBA.
