Senior GTM Insights Automation Manager (SQL/Python)

Location: Must be based within a commutable distance of a hub office in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York

Base salary: $167,500–$234,500 USD per year, plus potential equity and commission depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated GTM reporting workflows across BigQuery, Matik, Clay, Gong, and related tools.
• Design sales data models using SQL and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Partner with sales and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable insights.
• Align reporting solutions with measurable business outcomes, including time savings and improved forecast accuracy.
• Define reporting and tool-use governance with Product Owners.
• Identify data quality issues and advocate for technologies and processes that improve the data platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience, including complex queries and query optimization.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or Go, for data pipelines and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear recommendations and data-driven solutions for technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.

• Experience in digital advertising.
