Sr Director, Enterprise Applications (SAP)

Location: Louisville, Colorado, United States. U.S. citizenship is required because the role may require an active U.S. security clearance.

Base salary: $208,126–$286,192.75 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise applications across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Teamcenter and NX, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Integrate ERP, PLM, and MES platforms to improve productivity, traceability, data consistency, and compliance.
• Design enterprise integration frameworks using iPaaS and middleware across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Drive modernization, simplification, standardization, and turnaround initiatives across global operations.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary applications organization while managing vendors, budgets, and enterprise-wide change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Engineering and manufacturing industry experience.
• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, deployment, and operations.
• Experience managing large teams and complex projects, with strong strategy, financial acumen, and budget management skills.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive enterprise applications experience, with deep SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• U.S. citizenship is required; the position may require an active U.S. security clearance.

Nice to have

• Aerospace and defense industry experience.
• Large-scale ERP and PLM transformation experience in manufacturing or aerospace and defense.
• Experience integrating SAP with PLM and MES ecosystems.
• Knowledge of CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, and NIST 800-171 requirements.
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter/NX, Manufacturo, Apriso, Opcenter, Solumina, Azure, data governance, analytics, or master data management.
