Software Engineer - Bulgaria, Early Career (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and scale inference solutions for state-of-the-art AI models.
• Implement, optimize, and evaluate models using Python, C++, CUDA, and NCCL.
• Monitor and maintain production model-serving systems.
• Develop new features, fix bugs, optimize code, and participate in code reviews.
• Explore AI/ML techniques and tools to improve model performance.
• Participate in standups, design reviews, and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, completed or in the final year.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries or frameworks such as NumPy, pandas, SciPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with AI/ML through coursework, research, personal projects, employment, or internships.
• Familiarity with AI models, Transformers, Diffusers, Git, agile development, debugging, and code optimization.

Nice to have

• Exposure to C++, CUDA, or AI inference.
• Contributions to open-source machine learning projects.
