Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI/Cloud): Building and scaling an AI-powered customer management solution with an accent on agent harnesses, agent factories, cloud-native applications, and enterprise AI platform components. Focus on designing infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines, deploying compliant solutions in regulated environments, and integrating modern AI systems with legacy enterprise platforms.
Location: Bulgaria, Moldova, Poland, or Romania; work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. Remote work with alignment to European time zones.

What you will do
- Design and build agentic AI platform capabilities, including agent harnesses and agent factories.
- Develop and deliver cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Establish and maintain cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and operate solutions in regulated enterprise environments while meeting architecture, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client architects, engineering leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Integrate modern AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and legacy infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on development experience.
- Proven experience delivering cloud-based solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience building an agent harness, agent factory, or comparable agentic platform from the ground up.
- Deep expertise in cloud engineering, infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and enterprise-scale deployments.
- Experience working in complex, regulated organizations with governance, controls, and architectural standards.
- Ability to work remotely in European time zones and hold the required work permit for the European Union region.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience integrating with mainframes, core banking platforms, legacy middleware, or messaging systems.
- Experience modernizing environments with significant legacy infrastructure.
