Agentic AI Architect (AI)

Location: Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania. Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.

What you will do

• Define the target architecture for an enterprise agentic AI foundation, separating shared capabilities from data management and data delivery use cases.
• Assess existing AI initiatives, platforms, and components for maturity, business value, reuse potential, scalability, cost, and control impact.
• Evaluate agent orchestration, APIs, MCP, enterprise data access and grounding, evaluation, observability, AgentOps, and LLMOps options.
• Design for security, privacy, resilience, performance, auditability, explainability, access control, human oversight, and cost management.
• Build hands-on proofs of concept including agents, integrations, evaluation pipelines, tests, and non-functional requirements evidence.
• Collaborate with data, technology, AI risk, and business stakeholders while transferring knowledge through walkthroughs, runbooks, and decision records.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software, data, or AI engineering, including recent work as a solution architect, AI architect, or lead engineer.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering LLM-based and agentic solutions beyond the prototype stage.
• Strong Python skills and practical experience with agent orchestration, API and MCP tool integration, retrieval, and grounding on enterprise data.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, lifecycle management, AgentOps, and LLMOps.
• Knowledge of metadata, data quality, lineage, governance, pipelines, and data products, preferably in regulated environments.
• Very good written and spoken English, work authorization in the EU, and the ability to work from the European Union region are required.
