What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered applications, assistants, agents, and intelligent automations.
• Build hybrid solutions combining deterministic business logic with LLM-powered capabilities.
• Develop Python applications, REST APIs, backend services, and enterprise integrations.
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, structured business data, and AI platforms.
• Deploy, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot AI solutions in production environments.
• Support CI/CD, automated deployment, security, scalability, and operational reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience and strong Python skills.
• Experience designing and deploying production applications, APIs, integrations, and database solutions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, monitoring, security, and deployment practices.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django and an understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, assistants, chatbots, or agents.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms and using AI services.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or similar technologies.
• Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
