Engineer I - Design & Analysis

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers, sales, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Interpret customer specifications and assist with product and material selection.
• Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, design documentation, and customer reports.
• Support product testing, qualification, validation, and production release activities.
• Investigate returned products, identify failure modes, and support Material Review Board decisions.
• Develop work instructions and contribute to process improvements and technical enhancements.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Up to 3 years of engineering, design, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD software; familiarity with FEA tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams.
• Experience with polymer, plastics, or elastomer design or manufacturing is preferred.
