Supervisor Storeroom - Integrated Supply

Location: Onsite at customer locations in East Hartford, Connecticut; Syracuse, New York; Windsor Locks, Connecticut; Haverhill, Massachusetts; or Richmond, Virginia, United States

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 1–2 associates across storeroom, crib, warehouse, purchasing, customer service, and inventory functions.
• Assign work, participate in interviews, coach and train associates, support performance management, and enforce policies and productivity standards.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and ISO-compliant storeroom operations, including material handling, tool usage, physical inventory, and audit readiness.
• Investigate complex site and customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and act as an escalation point for customer service concerns.
• Review work for accuracy, prepare service-level reports and quarterly site presentation materials, and support staffing coverage when needed.
• Identify cost savings through process improvements and product price variance while supporting productivity and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field plus 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Product, industry, and supply chain systems knowledge with the ability to learn company-specific software.
• Strong communication, planning, organization, time management, problem-solving, customer service, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, mentor and cross-train staff, manage heavy workloads, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work onsite, perform physical inventory, handle hazardous materials with protective equipment, and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
