Allocator (Retail Inventory)

What you will do

• Manage inventory allocation for retail stores and ecommerce in partnership with merchandising and planning teams.
• Review size profiles, create bulk orders, and communicate warehouse availability dates.
• Develop initial allocation strategies using open-to-buy, product performance, business trends, store feedback, and key objectives.
• Manage in-season replenishment and inventory available for ecommerce and store replenishment.
• Prepare weekly reports, analyze inventory data, and develop an understanding of store personas and business performance.
• Coordinate with logistics and store teams to resolve inventory issues and ensure timely order arrivals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of merchandising, planning, or other analytical experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and understanding of retail math.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain accountable for results.
• Collaborative, flexible, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.
