Inventory Control Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Full-time, on-site at hirify.global ECD facilities in Downey, California, United States

Base salary: $71,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Equity through stock options is also available.

What you will do

• Own inventory accuracy and control across the Downey facilities using NetSuite as the system of record.
• Receive, inspect, label, store, and process material receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain organized bin locations and perform scheduled cycle counts and month-end physical inventory counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate reconciliations and inter-site transfers with the KHQ team in Sunnyvale.
• Manage kitting, material issues, and work-order closures while monitoring shortages and reorder needs.
• Support production activities such as assembly, kitting, and other floor operations when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with inventory transactions in an ERP system; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving, cycle counting, physical inventory, and work-order processes.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to read part numbers, BOMs, packing slips, and purchase orders and coordinate with remote teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, operate a pallet jack, and support basic assembly using hand tools.
