Senior Corporate Counsel

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $145,600–$209,300 base pay, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of complex U.S. public sector customer agreements, distributor agreements, reseller agreements, and other partner arrangements.
• Advise Sales, Services, Sales Operations, and Legal on RFPs, procurement options, cooperative and schedule contracts, contract management, and fulfillment requirements.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Security, Engineering, and other teams on FedRAMP, StateRAMP, accessibility, regulatory, and process-related customer inquiries.
• Lead legal projects involving contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements with limited supervision.
• Provide practical legal guidance, communicate complex issues clearly, and collaborate with stakeholders through training and informal mentoring.

Requirements

• JD law degree and an active license in good standing with a U.S. State bar.
• At least 7 years of relevant legal experience, including substantial experience supporting U.S. public sector sales, procurement, or commercial transactions.
• Strong experience in complex drafting, negotiation, legal analysis, and independent judgment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with business, Legal, executive, external, government affairs, and lobbying stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and digital tool proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience at a technology, SaaS, or cloud-based company, or advising similar clients at a leading law firm.
• Experience using technology to improve legal support effectiveness.
