What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and strategy for the Enterprise Fraud & Financial Crimes portfolio.
• Partner with Data & AI leaders to develop proprietary fraud models, signals, and intelligence capabilities.
• Lead a senior product management organization across multiple product lines.
• Drive enterprise architecture and scalable product strategy for financial institutions of different sizes.
• Engage with banking and institutional clients to validate priorities and shape the roadmap.
• Align engineering, data science, compliance, operations, and commercial teams around measurable product outcomes.

Requirements

• Product leadership experience building and shipping fraud products at a fraud technology company, fintech, financial institution, or payments company.
• Deep expertise in transaction monitoring, rules engines, behavioral signals, and ML-based detection.
• Experience building proprietary fraud models and signals in partnership with data science teams.
• Broad understanding of authentication, identity, AML, and financial crimes capabilities.
• Technical fluency, including architecture discussions, technical trade-offs, and management of technical teams.
• Commercial and enterprise orientation with executive-level stakeholder credibility.

Nice to have

• Experience as a head of product or equivalent at a fraud technology company or fraud-focused fintech.
• Background leading fraud product at a financial institution or large payments company.
• Familiarity with integrated fraud and AML transaction monitoring platforms.
• Experience building or scaling AI, ML, or rules-based fraud detection products.
