What you will do

• Create, upload, and qualify large quotations and bills of materials in SAP, then coordinate pricing and customer forwarding.
• Validate automated orders, book orders to backlog, manage requoting, and process order changes, cancellations, and push-outs.
• Maintain customer forecasts, consignment changes, call-offs, and forecast parameters.
• Manage order backlogs proactively with Supplier Controlling, including unconfirmed, overdue, and delayed orders.
• Inform customers about lead-time changes and supply-chain delays where direct customer contact applies.
• Coordinate with inside sales representatives, account managers, purchasing, quote teams, sales operations, suppliers, and customers to improve logistics processes and meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of customer needs, products, and complex business services.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, ERP, and order-management systems.
• Strong Excel skills for problem solving, formulas, analysis, formatting, and data manipulation.
• Good knowledge of English and Polish required.
• Ability to identify qualified customers and manage increasingly complex accounts.
