Logistics Systems & Compliance Analyst II (Oracle)

Location: Hybrid role based in Fort Collins, Colorado, United States; in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $71,000–$90,000 base salary per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary business subject matter expert for Oracle and other logistics, transportation, and fulfillment systems.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot system and process issues, and translate business requirements into system improvements.
• Analyze logistics processes, data integrity, system utilization, operational performance, chargebacks, and fulfillment results.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and user adoption.
• Manage retail compliance activities involving routing, labeling, advance ship notices, electronic data interchange, shipment documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, Distribution, Transportation, Information Technology, business users, and external partners; some domestic travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer fulfillment, supply chain operations, business systems support, retail compliance, or a related discipline.
• Experience with Oracle enterprise resource planning or similar business systems.
• Experience with system implementations, process improvement, user acceptance testing, training, and documentation.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, order fulfillment, customer logistics, retail compliance, chargebacks, electronic data interchange, advance ship notices, routing, and labeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, collaboration, and training skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with safety data sheet dispute management.
• Background in consumer goods, retail, distribution, or a complex fulfillment environment.
