Logistics Analyst (Inbound/Outbound)

Location: McCarran, Nevada; the role operates at the Battery Materials Campus in Sparks, Nevada

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound receiving schedules with suppliers and carriers.
• Communicate shipment information to carriers, internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Manage transportation across multiple modes and collect shipping data in a Transportation Management System.
• Prepare international transportation and hazardous material shipping documentation.
• Develop reporting tools, track logistics performance metrics, monitor shipping costs, and optimize routing.
• Resolve operational issues and meet changing logistics demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of professional logistics experience.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems and third-party logistics coordination.
• Knowledge or interest in supply chain management, finance, or analytics.
• Interest in sustainability and energy-transition solutions.
