Logistics Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with available locations in Atlanta, Austin, Denver, Seattle, Washington, DC, and Toronto.

What you will do

• Coordinate the distribution and delivery of data center hardware to and from data centers across the region.
• Support data center expansions, hardware renewals, reverse logistics, and spare-parts fulfillment globally.
• Plan and execute shipments with warehousing providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, importer-of-record partners, and data center partners.
• Coordinate hardware manufacturers, rack integrators, contract vendors, and other external partners across time zones.
• Develop consistent logistics processes and performance measurements using business intelligence and AI tools.
• Collaborate with Data Center Engineering, Capacity Planning, Trade Compliance, Hardware Sourcing, and Procurement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with global supply chains and logistics.
• Understanding of warehousing and transportation operations.
• Experience with data analysis and AI tools, including Python, LLM usage, and AI tooling.
• Ability to identify process improvements, learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and execute in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Post-secondary degree in a technical or business management field.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data centers or networking, IT hardware, and infrastructure.
• Additional language skills, preferably Spanish.
