Senior Logistics Fulfillment Planning Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois, with additional locations in Canandaigua and Rochester, New York. Field and onsite visits, warehouse or transportation facility walk-throughs, audit support, and travel may be required.

Salary: $82,400–$123,600 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics plans across replenishment, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and customer management.
• Monitor execution against service, cost, inventory, and working-capital targets; identify constraints and drive recovery actions.
• Lead issue triage, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous-improvement initiatives for service, capacity, inventory, and transportation problems.
• Build KPI reports, scorecards, dashboards, and analytical tools covering service, fulfillment, delivery, inventory, damages, claims, transportation cost, transit time, and velocity.
• Coordinate transportation plans, carrier assignments, tenders, scheduling, exception management, contingency planning, and vendor performance reviews.
• Prepare materials and action logs for S&OP, S&OE, Distributor Operations, Logistics Council, and warehouse operating reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of industry experience, or 6 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining action logs, and driving closure across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using ERP, WMS, TMS, and shipment visibility outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and escalate risks.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, work on a computer, and occasionally lift items.
• Ability to work in or travel to the Chicago, Canandaigua, or Rochester operating locations as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with transportation planning, execution, carrier scorecards, QBRs, or corrective actions.
• Knowledge of replenishment planning, warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, claims, damages, distributor operations, or customs.
• Exposure to S&OP or S&OE operating models, Power BI, Tableau, or structured problem-solving.
