FP&A Manager (FinTech)

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting cycles, and planning inputs from stakeholders across the Group.
• Produce forecast updates, variance analysis, and monthly management reporting covering revenue, costs, EBITDA, and cash performance.
• Maintain and enhance financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and financial assumptions.
• Analyse business drivers and performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide executive-ready recommendations.
• Reconcile data across multiple systems and work with Financial Control to maintain accurate management information.
• Improve reporting efficiency, automation, standardised templates, and FP&A methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial analysis, or management reporting.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, platform businesses, or complex commercial environments.
• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills, with experience supporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, commercial awareness, and ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
