What you will do

• Plan and deliver monthly actuals, including accruals, prepayments, variance analysis, and cost schedules.
• Record professional fees, travel costs, payroll, and other business partnering entries, and review aged GRNI balances.
• Prepare accurate monthly reporting and communicate key trends and highlights to senior finance stakeholders.
• Prepare and optimise balance sheet reconciliations while maintaining compliance with reporting standards.
• Support interim and year-end audits by providing complete, timely, and auditable documentation.
• Update accounting policies and process notes, identify control weaknesses, and support finance initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Part-way completion of an accounting qualification, preferably CIMA or ACCA.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when working with financial and statistical data.
• Ability to plan and prioritise work, meet tight deadlines, take initiative, and identify insights for management.
• Commercial awareness and strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Flexibility, proactivity, and openness to change.
