MFG Training Program Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain daily processes for the manufacturing training team and provide task-planning guidance.
• Deliver new-hire onboarding, hands-on, classroom-based, follow-up, retraining, and recertification training.
• Coordinate certification sessions, track training requests, assign task owners, and communicate progress.
• Set training completion targets, observe on-the-job training, and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Assess certification gaps and prepare summary reports for manufacturing leadership.
• Recommend improvements to certification programs, training processes, and quality practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of related training experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, lead training activities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, and support teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Experience with Rack Build, Server Build, Warehouse & Safety, or Manufacturing Test training.
