Manufacturing Trainer

What you will do

• Implement the hirify.global GROW Model Learning System for hourly manufacturing team members.
• Develop training content and facilitate focused on-the-job training aligned with safety, quality, operations, and hirify.global standards.
• Manage training schedules, processes, and Job Specific Training documentation for the site learning and development plan.
• Evaluate work processes for improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with training-related Quality Management System requirements.
• Communicate with team members about training performance, expectations, development needs, strengths, and areas of focus.
• Promote safe work practices, operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Expert proficiency in the relevant manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision and collaborate across departments and work teams.
• Self-motivated, highly engaged, and able to work in a culturally diverse global business environment.
• Must already have work authorization allowing employment with hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a manufacturing trainer.
