Training Program Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Walkersville, Maryland, United States. Based entirely onsite at the facility five days per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Salary: $107,100–$118,650 base annual salary, plus a performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate existing initiatives and implement improvements to increase learning outcomes, engagement, and retention.
• Apply adult learning principles to create relevant, interactive, results-oriented learning experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to assess skill gaps and create targeted development solutions.
• Develop and manage e-learning modules, job aids, facilitator guides, and other multimedia training materials.
• Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis while managing training projects and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in training design, program management, or learning and development.
• Experience developing and managing training programs in a manufacturing, scientific, or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and learning strategy implementation.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, learning management systems, multimedia tools, and in-person, virtual, and digital delivery methods.
