Quality Engineering Manager, CI/CD (Fintech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

• Define and execute end-to-end quality engineering and QA strategies across multiple products and teams.
• Embed quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle and establish QA governance standards.
• Implement quality gates and CI/CD automation while improving release readiness and predictability.
• Manage test data and environments, reduce defects, and improve platform stability through quality metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop QA leads and engineers while partnering with product and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• 5+ years of QA leadership experience overseeing multiple products or portfolios.
• Experience creating enterprise-scale QA strategies and managing release governance and testing.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Vendor or team governance experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in the Jacksonville office three days per week; current and future visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience in digital banking, payments, or financial services.
